Arlene Evans
Bio: Although writer-editor Arlene Evans has written and published short stories and numerous articles, this is her debut novel. Living in the Sierra-Nevada, her favorite outdoor activity is hiking the area's many trails. While working as a school nurse, she discovered how common colorblindness is and the challenges people face because of it. When she could find no literature for children or teens on the disorder, she wrote two non-fiction books, one for children and one for teens through adults. Her website is: www.CVDbooks.com. The hero of Dinner for Two, Gene Haynes, is colorblind, which poses several challenges for him.
