Bill O'Dea
Bio: Bill O'Dea was born in 1970 in New Jersey but quickly fled to Florida. After drinking a lot and occasionally attending classes at the University of Florida, he started teaching history in a high school on the island of Saipan in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. He has since returned to the mainland US and now lives, works, and drinks in Chicago. A member of the Online Writing Workshop, Bill won the Tales of the Serendip short story contest in 2002 and has sold a story to Quantummuse.com. He continues a grueling schedule of writing night and day whether he is paid or not. Other than that, he remains the typical frustrated writer who spends much of his free time playing video games and trying to sleep as much as possible. He firmly believes The Cannonball Run is the finest piece of cinema ever. Go figure.
