Bio: Cindy Appel (aka Cynthianna Appel) describes herself as ?a columnist, novelist, essayist, manuscript evaluator, book reviewer, and freelance writer?but not necessarily in that order and not necessarily on any given day.? She also claims to be the mother of two growing girls, the wife of a computer whiz of a husband and the caretaker of one very hungry rabbit. She currently lives in St. Louis County, Missouri. The Fixer-Uppers is her first published novel. Her second contemporary romance, Country Boy, City Girl, will be a Wings ePress e-book release in 2002.
