Bio: I'm Dave Slusher. I produced and hosted the public radio program REALITY BREAK for six years, originally aired on WREK in Atlanta and eventually syndicated nationally. During its run, this program featured interviews with hundreds of writers and artists from the world of science fiction, fantasy and horror. The ability to have a weekly chat with one's favorite writers about their work is a rare gift, and one that I treasured. I'll admit to having countless cases of the nerves--sometimes during these interviews I adjusted microphones with trembling hands.

I spent my youth in the midwest and was 18 years old before I saw an ocean. Most of the time since has been spent in Georgia and Louisiana, with a sojourn in Oregon for spice. I have been a disk jockey, a chemist, and the worst truck driver in the history of modern ice delivery. I currently live in Atlanta and work as a software developer.
