His professional success through his working life has included responsibility for all aspects of Recruiting, Training, Sales, Budgets, Business Retention, Servicing Strategies, Marketing Strategies with complete responsibility for the writing and implementing of Annual Business and Action Plans.
David’s processes have allowed him to achieve 100% of up to 18 objectives in any one year. The process adopted by David addresses all the basic principles that allow achievement of all business and personal goals. David has completed many training courses including Change Management, Train the Trainer, Chartered Insurance Agency Management, Business Certificate, Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment, Diploma Financial Planning , is currently an Advisory Board Member and has consulted to business from a variety of fields.
