Diana Kemp-Jones
Alert me when new Diana Kemp-Jones titles are added

Bio: It's said that some people have their heads in the clouds. In the case of science fiction author, Diana Kemp-Jones, her head can be found beyond this world into the realm of stars somewhere to the left of Alpha Centauri. Diana was an imaginative only-child prone to creating fantasy worlds. In early elementary school, her talent for writing materialized in the guise of gruesome short stories such as the "Goushy GreenEye-ball." Inspired by the original Star Trek series, her love for science fiction later displayed itself in epic length stories for her English composition class. A passion for travel took her abroad during and after her college years. She eventually moved to England where she lived and worked for several years. Having explored and subsequently discarded the realm of more traditional jobs, she returned to the States and devoted herself to pursuing her true path as a writer. An admitted eccentric, Diana is an ardent swimmer, animal lover and voracious reader. Her surroundings are a rather bizarre mix of Art Deco, modern and Southwestern generously interspersed with chaos and clutter. Glow in the dark stars vie with Star Trek memorabilia. Books spill from cabinets onto the floor. A telescope lurks in the office closet. A prolific writer, Diana invites visitors to browse her varied repertoire ofpublished and forthcoming books. "I've been told by some that they think I'm not from this world," Diana says with a wry smile. "They may have a point. I never did fit into the normal scheme of things."
