E. Don Harpe
Alert me when new E. Don Harpe titles are added

Bio: E. DON HARPE, formerly of Nashville, now of Florida, is a songwriter, poet, and novelist. He has had a varied career, and his occupations include having been an engineer for a major appliance firm, a manger in a call center, and a songwriter who has seen many of his songs recorded, and who for years ran his own music publishing company. Now retired, E. Don Harpe devotes his time to writing fiction. Currently he is at work on a series of fictionalized novels about the exploits of the infamous Harpe brothers. Called Americas First Serial Killers, the Harpes place in history has been written in blood. Born Wolf, Die Wolf, the Last Rampage of the Terrible Harpes was published in February, 2006. The second book in the series, Resurrection, Rebirth of the Terrible Harpes has just been published, and the third book is well under way.

In 2006, Harpe became the newly elected Vice President of the Wizards of Words (W.O.W.) a literary non-profit group based in Visalia, California that is providing many new authors with a place to showcase their work, and to grow as authors by better learning the craft. Harpe is the author of the humorous Redneck Riviera series of short stories published in the Amazon Shorts program, and has several other shorts published there as well. These stories include his novel StormChilde, a supernatural adventure for teens and young adults.

Recently, Harpe has teamed up with talented author Eugen M. Bacon, and the two of them were the Featured Authors on Amazon Shorts in January of 2007. Currently, they are continuing a writing relationship that is rapidly gaining a reputation for great stories. His credits include stories published by Fictionwise, one of the leading online publishers, and look for his work in the upcoming time travel anthology, Twisted Tails II, which includes stories by some of the best talent among the up and coming authors in science fiction today.

6 The Glow [MultiFormat]
by Eugen M. Bacon, E. Don Harpe
Term 1: Space travel. The module covered bodily travel by inter-space flight against gravity; the invisibility quotient of disappearing and appearing elsewhere in a blink; the maneuvering of special crafts. All these lessons Jat Cole had mastered. What he had allowed to skip his mind was the primordial transportation of dissolution, glossed over in theory. Now, as invisible arrows pierced every aspect of him, he understood what indeed it actually felt like to be dissolved. (Published: 2007)
