G. David Nordley
Bio: G. David Nordley writes about the future of human exploration and settlement of space, and his stories typically focus on the dramatic aspects of individual lives within the broad sweep of a (hopefully) plausible human future. He also writes scientific nonfiction, inlcuding Speculations Magazine's Science Q&A column. He consults in the field of astronautical engineering, sings in the choir of the Unitarian Universalist Church, and helps organize CONTACT, Cultures of the Imagination. He is a fellow of the British Interplanetary Society, and a senior member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He lives in Sunnyvale CA with his wife, Gayle Wiesner, an Apple Computer programmer.
