H. D. Traill
Bio: Henry Duff Traill (1842-1900) is best-known for his satires. However, much of his concentration was spent on journalism. He wrote and edited for such periodicals as the Pall Mall Gazette, the Observer, and the Daily Telegraph. The author of a multitude of biographies, his Sterne and Coleridge appear as part of the English Men of Letters series.
