Bio: Scott Turow was a Stegner Fellow in creative writing at Stanford before entering Harvard Law School. Based on his first year at Harvard, he wrote the well received nonfiction book One L. In 1987, his first novel, Presumed Innocent, was published and went on to become a #1 bestseller, causing a worldwide sensation in both hardcover and paperback. His next two novels, Pleading Guilty and Burden of Proof, also international bestsellers, reinforced Turow's reputation as one of America's best-loved novelists. He currently lives outside of Chicago with his family.
