Louise Hendricksen
Bio: Louise Hendricksen worked in the medical field for a number of years prior to becoming a full-time writer. While performing the many laboratory procedures required in a primary care clinic, she developed an interest in forensic science and it's role in solving crimes. Consequently, when she created the DR. AMY PRESCOTT MYSTERIES, she decided to make her protagonist a forensic scientist who worked in a crime lab in Seattle. Louise is the mother of two grown children and lives with her husband Gene in Renton, Washington. She is currently at work on a new mystery series.
