Bio: Kristy McCaffrey had a love of writing at a very early age, keeping exhaustive journals and writing to dozens of pen pals around the world. She also wrote short stories but rarely shared them with anyone. After graduating from college with two engineering degrees, she got married and had four children. It was at that time she decided to complete a novel-length manuscript since she surely didn?t have enough to keep her busy already! Although she now lives in Pennsylvania it wasn?t a stretch to write historical westerns since she was born and raised in Arizona. She is hard at work on more romantic westerns and is thrilled to share her love of the old west with readers everywhere. The Wren is Ms. McCaffrey?s first novel.
