Chris Williams
Bio: Chris Williams was born on August 25, 1957 in Bristol, PA and grew up in nearby Levittown, PA. After graduating from Neshaminy High School, he attended Shippensburg State College, Shippensburg, PA from 1975-79 where he majored in Journalism.
Since 1979, he has worked in radio as an announcer with stops at stations in Hanover, PA, Shippensburg, PA, Trenton, NJ, and Gettysburg, PA. Presently he is the full-time evening announcer at WRBS-FM, Baltimore, a position he has held since 1995.
Chris loves to write and has done quite a bit of freelancing over the years. His numerous publishing credits include short stories in THE DOOR, POWER FOR LIVING, LIVE, STANDARD, and RENAISSANCE to name a few.
In addition, The HANOVER EVENING SUN, Hanover, PA has published two interviews he wrote with costars from the film FRIENDLY PERSUASION (1956).
Also, London Circle Publishing offered three of his e-books from 1999-2002 and and Moo Press of Warwick, NY will release his first traditional book ONE INCREDIBLE DOG! in the Spring of 2004.
Chris has a B.A. In Communications from Almeda College, Bosie, ID.
He and his wife of 24 years, Sue, live with their 17 year old son in York County, PA. He also has two grown daughters.
