Terry Burns
Bio: Terry was an EPPIE Award finalist with "To Keep a Promise" from The Fiction Works and the trade paperback version was nominated for the Willa Award. Other publishing credits include "Don't I Know You?" also from The Fiction Works, both books scheduled from the same publisher in audio in the near future. He has a book of cowboy poetry entitled "Cowboys Don't Read Poetry, from Txjack Publications" and an audio book version of Trails of the Dime Novel" from JBS Publications. His short stories are included in six short story collections including "From the Heart" and "From the Heart 2" from Coastal Villages Press and "Living by Faith" from Obidiah Press. He has a new Christian western series from River Oak Press starting with "Mysterious Ways." He's published over 200 articles and short stories.
"Dime Novel is one of my favorites," Burns said. "It was a fun book from start to finish, and I suppose I identify with the naive young man roaming the west writing the stories. I'm still that young in spirit."
