Bio: As a music therapy student at Loyola University of the South, Polly McCrillis, aka Isabel Mere, learned firsthand that music and food are the heartbeat of New Orleans. Years after graduating, her fascination with medicine led her to pursue a degree in cardiopulmonary technology. Her love for music and the arts encompasses private piano teaching, musical theater directing, and stage acting.
