Aspects of her experiences are woven into the backdrops for her novels as well as her characters, but thankfully, when it comes to romantic suspense, are not autobiographical. Heather writes contemporary romance, romantic suspense and mysteries. An avid reader, she also maintains a blog with a fellow writer and enjoys hiking, gardening, music and of course, travel.
