Hester Mundis
Bio: Hester Mundis is the author or co-author of twenty-six books, including the best-selling EARL MINDELL'S VITAMIN BIBLE. Her articles have appeared in Ladies Home Journal, GQ, McCall's, Cosmopolitan, Reader's Digest, and Working Mother. A New York publishing veteran and stand-up comedienne, Hester Mundis is the former Head writer for "The Joan Rivers Show" and a four-time Emmy nominee for Outstanding Achievement in Writing. She is listed in WHO'S WHO IN THE EAST, WHO"S WHO OF AMERICAN WOMEN, WHO'S WHO IN ENTERTAINMENT, CONTEMPORARY AUTHORS and holds a WORLD'S WHO'S WHO OF WOMEN Certificate of Merit for Distinguished Achievement.
