Heat shafted through her body when his grip on her waist tightened forcing her closer. His lips were warm and soft and with the faintest of movements he sent a cascade of shivers down her back. She sighed and he deepened the kiss, his tongue teasing her lips, gently coaxing, then demanding entry. She took him deep, their tongues tangled and his taste, darkly erotic, sinful, rocketed through her. A whimper caught in her throat. She wanted to climb him like a tree, to sink into his firm flesh until he surrounded her like a blanket. His hair was silky against her fingers, his chest hard, unyielding. Something hard was pressing into her belly sending liquid warmth through her. Thunderous applause yanked Erihn from the sensual haze. The stranger gave her lower lip a gentle nip before releasing him. He was strong against her. This stranger's taste was in her mouth, her lips, and her body screamed for more. "Erihn," Vivian bellowed. "Can I have him when you're done?" Stunned, Erihn shoved against his chest to gape at her friends. Too late, she realized her mistake. His hand moved her hair away to expose the left side of her face. She cringed when he touched her, his finger traced the scar that emerged from her hairline just above her ear to slash down through her cheek then along her jaw to the corner of her mouth. The signature of a madman.
