My name is Daniel Kirby and I am a writer of the first degree ... but of course it isn't easy.
If you want to write like a true artist, you have to make sacrifices. Too often friends, relations, lovers make claims upon one's time, and when this happens they must be cast aside and put out of mind. The true artist must have singleness of purpose and be bound only by the demands of individual conscience. The true artist must fashion each creation with such force and dedication that the tenets of reality pale before its intensity.
