If she had been vain, the attention paid her as she went through Customs might have turned her head. Vanity was not one of her faults, however, and the bright, hot eyes sliding sideways to examine her svelte shape, her golden skin, her tall and lissome figure were noted only enough to make certain they had nothing to do with her assignment. She was sure not one of those who leered had more on his mind than lust.

Smiling, she moved up with her modest bag. The Customs agent touched the zipper. "Have you anything to declare?" he asked. His eyes were busy elsewhere, ignoring the worn leather of the bag.
