eBook Description: Marvel and Jack have a problem. They both claim ownership of Bird Of Paradise Helicopters, the Hawaiian sight-seeing outfit their fathers formed as a partnership 15 years ago. Now, both fathers are dead and the company has been left to Marvel in her father's will after the supposed break up of the partnership. She's looking forward to running the company her way...with snazzy new paint jobs and all female pilots dressed in Hawaiian printed sarongs. But she hadn't counted on Jack coming back. She hadn't counted on him being angry about everything, including the claim he says he has to the company...something about his highly diluted and extremely doubtful ancestral connection to Hawaiian royalty. And Marvel certainly hadn't counted on falling head over heels for this man she's never particularly liked!

Combine intense sexual desire, sex, and some strong love/hate feelings and that is the plot for BIRD OF PARADISE. With beautiful Hawaii as the backdrop, Marvel and Jack have a true paradise to settle their differences in, but will that be enough? Reviewed by Ansley Velarde for The Road to Romance

This story was quite interesting, and I greatly enjoyed the descriptions. It is obvious that the author really loves Hawaii. I've never visited the Islands, but when I do I plan to stay at the Maui Beach Hotel that the author describes in the book. Marvel and Jack really burn the sheets-but while the novel encompasses three very detailed, extremely erotic sex scenes between the two protagonists, they technically don't spend much time actually in a bed. This was a fun and fast read, embellished by an interesting location. Fallen Angel Reviews Reviewed by Jean

Marvel had wanted to kill him before. He knew she had. He'd seen it in her eyes. And for sure she was going to do it now, with that one small and exceptionally well-shaped finger that pounded at his chest as her mouth worked, spewing words he didn't hear because he could no longer hear and didn't understand because there was no understanding. She pounded at the center of his chest, and he couldn't remember that she'd ever touched him before. Couldn't remember, because if she had it had been a long, long time ago. One hell of a long time, before clear memory had even started to set in. But she touched him now. Oh, Jesus, did she touch him. And with every one of those touches, every one of those pokes designed to force him to turn and get the hell out of her world for once and for good, he felt a sharp pain stab through him. All the way through. Felt it pierce him like a bolt of blue-white lightning far out over the ocean as a summer's storm approached. Felt it scald his flesh and melt it to a shimmering and shapeless lump of nothing that would spew itself out across the pavement in another second or two, only to cool instantly to black and twisted shards of what he'd once been. Just like the red-hot rivers of the earth's core that pumped up and flowed out over the southern slopes of Mauna Loa to cool on the seaward-facing ridges below. He felt it, he caught his breath, and he prayed for the poking and prodding to end because it was going to kill him. He prayed for it to never end because he was equally sure that would kill him. He prayed to make some sense of it all. And then he kissed her.
