They say every man has a double, and I was looking at one special man's double, only forty years too late. He caught my attention when he walked through the doors, and I felt myself go back in time, remaining stationary while the world around me took on the sizes and shapes my eyes remembered as an eight-year-old boy... "Son, I'm gonna need you to hold this for me. Can you do that?" I recall agreeing with a reluctant spirit, since I'd rather have been out playing with my buddies. The sun was going down soon, and then there'd be homework and an early bedtime on a school night. "That's perfect, boy. You're doing a fine job with that light. I couldn't do this right without your help, you know." My chest expanded with pride at his words, and I forgot about playing with my friends.
