eBook Description: The makeshift camp with its collection of sleeping pods was now the sum total of the Olympus civilisation, if you could call it that. They had reclaimed their homeworld, but the battle with the Oneiroi had left its scars, not least on the planet itself. But then they did have one positive--Aura. Imprisoned for centuries, for no other reason than the fact she existed, she was now freed and able to start a life. No one could blame her for being impatient. All she wanted was to prepare for the 'new ones' to emerge. As a first step, Aura set out to find a potential site for their new city. All was going well until an excursion into the northern regions brought an alarming discovery; they were not alone. At the very least, this jeopardised everything that Aura had been promised and set in motion a train of events which even they might not be able to stop. This is the third book in the "Olympus" series.

Justain told himself she would be fine and at last dismissed some of the worry. He began to work through the systems he had recovered from the memory banks of the city. This had only been a sub-station of the main control room, an external link, and was limited in its scope. He soon realised how fortunate he had actually been in managing to copy the city's archive and gain access to the planetary transfer system. Little else was feasible from here. He knew full well that all the technology he could ever want was languishing a short jump away. Admittedly, it was under water, but would still be salvageable, if he could get at it. There was still time. No deterioration would have taken place. Flooded did not mean ruined. But there lay the problem; it was buried under what remained of Olympus's main lake, which would have to be completely drained to make any prospect of drying the place out possible. Justain tried to think. During their escape they attempted to reseal the breaches. Same issue still existed, not a chance of that. Try turning it on its head. What if? An outrageous idea formed and blanked all others. Was it possible? Personally he did not possess the power, but knew for a fact Cappella and Ion had more than enough. Speculation suddenly peeled back to reality as the transfer system geared up and Aura appeared. She was breathing heavily and only just managed to get the words out. "It did not see me." Justain held her close. She tried again. "It did not see me ... I think." She was trying her best, but could not make the words work for her. She resorted to inputting the sequence directly into Justain's head. It took a while for him to get to grips with what she had seen. Putting aside any consequences, it was a complete shock. But something else in the jumbled image sequence prompted the first question. "Where's that light of yours?" "It went inside to look. But did not come out. It has taken it away."
